Preparation Method
  • Mix one measure of Swadeshi Disha Millet Dose Mix with approximately 250 ml of water.
  • Whisk well until smooth and allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a dosa tawa and lightly grease it with Virgin Coconut Oil.
  • Pour the batter and spread evenly into a thin circle.
  • Cook until crisp and golden on both sides.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney, sambar, or potato masala.
  • For Onion Dosa, sprinkle finely chopped onions over the batter while cooking.
