At Keramruth, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, please read the following policy carefully.

Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • Your order is cancelled by Keramruth due to product unavailability or any unforeseen reason.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the product has been shipped or delivered.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of product delivery.
Refund Process
  • To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your Order ID along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will verify your request and notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacement Policy
  • If eligible, a replacement product may be shipped instead of issuing a refund.
  • Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
